SUPER EAGLES invitees, VICTOR OSIMHEN and HENRY ONYEKURU will be drafted into the U23 team to help beef up the team  against  LIBYA in the return leg of the African U23 qualifier according to GERNOT ROHR, technical adviser of the SUPER EAGLES.

The FRANCO-GERMAN  revealed  that  Super Eagles invitees who fall within the age bracket will be drafted to the U23 team to help the team go past LIBYA.

“We have decided in our solidarity that if we can help the U23s, we will help,” Rohr said at a press briefing in Asaba ahead of today’s 2019 AFCON qualifier against Seychelles.

“We want the U23s to go to Tokyo (2020 Olympics) and also the African championship.

“They have to win 3-0. This is a big challenge.” Rohr concluded.

The likes of  Flying  Eagles  stars  IKOUWEM  UDOH  and  VALENTINE OZORNWAFOR, VICTOR OSIMHEN and HENRY ONYEKURU could be drafted to the U23s  against  visiting LIBYA.

Coach IMAMA AMAMAKPABO   tutored U23 side would need to score at least three unreplied goals against the  LIBYANS  next  Monday in ASABA to reach the next round of the 2019 U23 AFCON.
